As an Entry Level Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, organization, and successful delivery of a wide range of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional activities. Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating various types of events from start to finish. Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure event requirements are met. Support the preparation of event materials such as agendas, signage, and promotional items. Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering, transportation, and accommodations. Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure events run smoothly and on time. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
