Since 1997, Bee Line Support has been delivering medical grade cleaning and janitorial services to healthcare systems, schools, industrial facilities, corporate clients, and professional sports organizations throughout the Chicagoland area.

We are known for the rigor we bring to every site we service and the relationships we build with the clients who trust us with their spaces.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of almost 200 sites spanning Illinois and Indiana. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves developing people and isn't afraid to be out in the field building relationships alongside them.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop 6 Area Managers, building a strong bench of talent who can grow into future leaders
\n
• Own the performance and day-to-day operations of a multi-state portfolio
\n
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, resolving issues and strengthening partnerships across the region
\n
• Hold your team accountable while coaching them through challenges, and know when to loop in HR for extra support
\n
• Budget, labor, and staffing decisions across the portfolio
\n
• Communicate effectively across every level, from Service Professionals on the ground to Field Leadership and executive teams
\n
• Travel regularly throughout Illinois and Indiana to stay connected to your sites and your people
\n

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading managers, not just individual teams
\n
• A coaching mindset with a track record of developing people into stronger leaders
\n
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
\n
• Comfort managing budgets, labor, and performance metrics
\n
• A willingness to be road heavy and hands on, this is not a desk job
\n

Compensation & Benefits

\n
• $90,000 per year base salary
\n
• Choice of a $650 per month car stipend or a company car
\n
• $25 per month phone stipend
\n
• Full benefits including 401k with company match, health, dental, life and vision insurance
