About the Position

Job Title

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient Rehab

Location

San Antonio, Texas

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Perform inpatient rehabilitation occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for neurological and orthopedic patients
Provide acute care occupational therapy evaluations and treatments across orthopedic, telemetry, and ICU settings
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Meditech electronic documentation system
Adhere to facility floating policy and be available to float to other units as needed
Work two weekend shifts per month with a corresponding weekday off

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license — temporary licenses are not accepted
Minimum of 2 years of inpatient rehabilitation and/or acute hospital experience
Experience with inpatient rehab OT including neuro and orthopedic patient populations
Ability to comply with facility floating policy and attendance requirements
Must be available to start no later than 8:00 AM

Preferred Experience / Skills

2–3 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation and/or acute hospital settings
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
NDT (Neurodevelopmental Treatment) or brain injury certifications
